General:

We operate as free men and women.

We are sovereign in our own right.

It is conclusively proved in Scottish courts that there is a legal fiction entity with a name sounding the same as ours.

In the absence of a superior claim, we claim allodial ownership of said entity.

Nothing we say or do may be construed as our agreement to act as said entity.

Any trust relationship concerning said entity is collapsed by our allodial ownership.

The police and courts have jurisdiction solely over the legal fiction entity only as long as it is owned by the Crown.

Shetland specific:

It is conclusively proved in the Sheriff Court that Shetland is not part of Scotland.

It is conclusively proved in Scottish courts that the procurator fiscal, the sheriff, the sheriff clerk and the chief of police conspire to operate false courts and fraud upon the people of Shetland.
